For those looking for a hearty starting point, the spring rolls (£5.50) and prawn rolls (£6.50) are crispy delights that perfectly complement a pint. Dive deeper into flavors with the stir-fried Pad Nam Man Hoi (£12.00) or a zesty Moo Pad Prik Khing (£12.00). If you're vegan or gluten-free, the menu also caters beautifully with dishes like the fragrant Kao Pad (£12.00), a stir-fried rice dish that bursts with aromatic peas and colorful veggies.

Reviewers consistently rave about the food quality; Vaibhav Singh, a local resident, mentions the fresh ingredients that keep patrons coming back for more. Others echo this sentiment, noting that the relaxed vibe, combined with flavors from the Thai menu, creates an unforgettable dining experience that lingers long after the meal is over. It's a busy boozer with friendly clientele. Great place to meet all kinds of people from all over the world. I was drinking Fuller's Frontier lager. Standard London pint prices of around 6.50 a pint. I'd definitely come back.

This is one of the most beautiful pubs in the World with perhaps the best floral displays, unfortunately I don’t have a pic as I live next door so never felt the need to take any pics. This would have been my local when I moved into the area but one of the nearby pubs poached me before. The food is very affordable and very good , and not frozen stuff, but fresh . Additionally it’s the first pub in London serving Thai ???????? Food . This Pub inspires Awe whether you see it from the outside in the bloom or the intricate decorations inside and the dining area is also very nice . No wonder Winston Churchills Grandparents frequented it. 10/10

Went here after seeing it featured in YouTube travel videos. It truly is beautiful and interesting to look at inside and out, but like my friend said, "What is their theme? It's like they just did all of it!" From the outside, it looks beautiful because it's covered in flowers. When you walk inside, there's a bar and there's British flags hanging from the ceiling and Winston Churchill art on the walls. I said, "Now this is a proper British pub!" And my friend who is British said, "This is a British pub that's gone over the top!" I read that this is actually one of the oldest pubs in London being established in 1750, and was frequented by Winston Churchill's grandparents who the pub is named after. I had made a reservation for dinner, so we were led to the back where there were Thai flags hanging from the ceiling and plants as wells, to the point it looked like a jungle. The dishes were all Thai and I read that this is one of the first restaurants to serve Thai food in London in the 1990's, and it all started with a chef who was Thai. I ordered vegetarian pad thai. It was good, but more noodles than vegetables. The price and portions were reasonable. Overall, this was a good experience that I'd recommend.

This is a very busy pub, popular with tourist. The exterior flower display (at the side) is exceptional. The interior is bedecked with union flags and all sorts of memorabilia. This pub is famous for it's Christmas lights. They had a decent whisky selection so I chose a double Makers Mark at just over £11. This is a nice pub to visit, especially if you are looking for something different.

We only had a drink. I am very fond of cider and enjoyed a very nice Old Mout Cider taste of pinnacle and raspberry. The pub was full around lunch time with a jolly atmosphere. A very nice smell came from the adjacent Thai restaurant serving as well in the bar. It looked very appetising and I would have tried one of their dishes if I hadn't been pressed for time.

Such an adorable spot. We grabbed 2 pints of some tasty raspberry cider just to try out the place and it was very busy on a midday Friday. Enjoyed our pints outside since it was a beautiful day lots of folks outside. The interior is packed with memorabilia and has some tables but limited seating if it is busy. Outside has some beautiful flowers along the building. Would definitely come back to enjoy the Thai spot out back.

Fantastic Thai food (order separately from bar) and solid ale choices to enjoy amongst the immersive building with EXTENSIVE memorabilia. There's SO much to look at, but placed in a very thoughtful way - not just cluttered everywhere. The space retains coziness and functionality amidst the decor. Pop in, settle into a chair and let your eyes wander - or wander yourself with ale in hand to enjoy the fascinating stuff in/around the pub.
